6 month check up

Hi guys, I had my 6 month check up yesterday and the Dr. said I'm PERFECT! I weigh 19 lbs 1 oz and I'm 27 inches long. He said I moved up into the 75 percentile for both height and weight.

 I wanted to keep you guys updated on how I 'cruise' these days. Mommy got me this awesome little cover for my car seat so I don't have to but on those constricting jackets or snow suits, now I'm snug as a bug in here and I can play with my hands :) Well I'm off to Houston tomorrow for Christmas so I'll be updating you when I return. Merry Christmas!!!

Old Man Winter has arrived....

I have heard daddy talk about this place before and I finally talked him into taking me, we went to Bass Pro! Man this place was great....check out this 4 wheeler, I think I look good.

Finally.....I got to meet Santa.I told him I had been a good boy all year (I'm cute...who can say no to me)

 I'm starting to sit up on my own now and play with my toys

 We had our first snow, it sure is pretty

 Daddy and Hunter got to go goose hunting, here is Hunter doing what he loves

5 Months Old

 Hi everyone, its been a few weeks since I've updated the blog so here I am! I'm 5 months old now and boy am I enjoying life. Its amazing how much more I notice things and interact with people. I went to the doctor on Nov 5 and I weighed 17 lbs 10 oz, I'm getting to be a big boy :)

 My Aunt Kelly's volleyball team went to the TX State playoffs so I made a sign to cheer them on

I am getting really good at sitting up, daddy even lets me share his recliner sometimes

 I'm also getting good at pushing up these days, one day I'll figure out how to roll back over from my belly

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween everybody, as you can see I make a super cute giraffe!!!

Mommy and I headed to downtown Naperville with our nieghbors to go trick-or-treating

 this is my neighbor Noah, he was a giraffe just like me. I think he was trying to take some of my candy

 all that trick-or-treating wore me out!

My first ear infection

Well guys, it was bound to happen.....I got my first ear infection :( I stayed home from school today and mommy took me to the dr. and he gave me some good medicine. Hopefully I'll be feeling better soon so I can go trick or treating! Oh.....I now weigh 16 lbs 9 oz....I've gained almost a pound in 2 weeks

My Nana and Grandpa Howie sent me some balloons and a little froggy to cheer me up, it sure worked. I had never seen a balloon but they sure are neat.

I am also learning how to make neat sounds with my mouth, mommy does not like it when I do this with a mouthful of cereal :) 

Goebberts Pumpkin Farm

Today we went to Goebberts Pumpkin Farm with our friends. Daddy wasn't real excited about going at first so when we got there and saw this sign we just laughed!

he started to cheer up once we got there and he saw how much fun we were going to have

  Here are our neighbors Chanda and Brittany with daddy, I wasn't sure if I should be taking pictures with women other than mommy so I was hiding my face :)

 Aunt Chanda, this corn is soo yummy (no I didn't really get to eat any, they are just teasing me with it)

 Look at these really neat giraffes, I have curtains in my room that look like these but I have never seen one in person.

 Now its time for my modeling shoot in the makeshift pumpkin patch, Daddy is such a great photographer...I love working with him, he always shoots me in the best light :)
